147 letters, written from 1546 to 1566 between the Carniolian noblemen (lords) protestants Jošt Gallenberg and Janez Jožef Egk, give an interesting view into everyday life of the nobility of that time. They reveal their family, social and official relations, work and amusement, expenses, diseases, religion — especially relation towards Primož Trubar, and give some insight into political and military events of that time, particularly the organisation of defence against Turks.

      • 147 pisem, ki sta si jih v letih med 1546 in 1566 pisala kranjska graščaka, protestanta Jošt Gallenberg in Janez Jožef Egk, daje zanimiv vpogled v vsakdanjik plemičev tistega časa: osvetljuje njihove družinske, družabne in službene medsebojne odnose, delo ln zabavo, domače življenje, življenjske stroške, bolezni, vero — posebno odnos do Primoža Trubarja, nekoliko pa osvetli tudi politične in vojaške dogodke časa, posebno organizacijo protiturške obrambe.
