Description
The author deals with the attempt of a part of the Slovene capital owners and politicians to establish a bank as a joint-stock company. For political reasons the Auersperg-Lasser ministry delayed giving a corresponding agreement, as a reason for its final refusion, however, the ministry took advantage of the crash of the Vienna Exchange in 1873.

      • Avtor obravnava poizkus dela slovenskega kapitala in politikov, da bi ustanovili banko kot delniško družbo. Auersperg-Lasserjevo ministrstvo je z izdajo ustreznega soglasja iz političnih razlogov odlašalo. Kot vzrok za dokončno odklonitev soglasja pa je izrabilo dunajski borzni krah 1873. leta.
