Description
The author first gives a short review of the treatise written by Vlado Valenčič (see: Zgodovinski časopis-Historical Review 35/1981, No. 3, pp. 243—277) and then points out some problems referring to the packhorse-transport, that is the general way of goods transport during the feudal period on one side, and to the trade of the Slovene hinterland towards the seaside towns in the Gulf of Trieste and Kvarner on the other. In his contribution the author concentrates on the repeated quantitative evaluation of that trade which Valenčič contradicted in his treatise.

- Po kratki oceni Valenčičeve razprave (ZČ 35/1981, št.3, s. 243—277) avtor opozori na nekaj problemov po eni strani v zvezi s tovorništvom. tj splošnim načinom blagovnega prometa v fevdalnem obdobju, po drugi strani pa v zvezi s trgovino slovenskega zaledja proti primorskim mestom v Tržaškem zalivu in Kvarnerju. Težišče prispevka je na ponovni kvantifikacijski oceni te trgovine, ki ji je Valenčlč v svoji razpravi oporekal.
