Description
In his treatise the author deals with the problems of the economic history in the Slovene historiography. He emphasizes some of its elementary weaknesses (description, positivism, not being connected with the economic theory) and indicates what should be done in order that economic history asserts itself as a special historical branch. The author also indicates its direct tasks.

- Razprava obravnava problematiko gospodarske zgodovine v slovenskem zgodovinopisju. Po eni strani so poudarjene nekatere njene osnovne slabosti (deskripcija, pozitivizem, nepovezanost z ekonomsko teorijo), po drugi strani pa avtor nakazuje, kaj bi bilo treba storiti, da se gospodarska zgodovina uveljavi kot posebna zgodovinska panoga, in kaj so njene neposredne naloge.
