Description
Albert Rejec was in the first period of his life an important activist in national defence in the region of Goriško. After the prohibition against the activity of Slovene societies Rejec was one of the first leaders of the secret antifascist organization TIGR in the region of Primorsko, a member of the leadership of the »Union of Yugoslav emigrants from the Julian Venetia«, an illegal activist and a fighter in the National Liberation Struggle, after the Second World War also a collaborator of the »Institute for Ethnic Ouestions«. Besides that he was a prolific and industrious journalist as well as historian. In the article we remember his life and we quote the bibliography of his works in the field of history.

      • Albert Rejec je bil v prvem obdobju svojega življenja pomemben narodno-obrambni delavec na Goriškem, po prepovedi delovanja slovenskih društev pa eden voditeljev tajne protifašistične organizacije TIGR na Primorskem, član vodstva »Zveze jugoslovanskih emigrantov iz Julijske krajine«, ilegalec in borec NOB, po osvoboditvi sodelavec »Inštituta za narodnostna vprašanja«, vseskozi pa ploden in marljiv publicist in zgodovinar. V članku se spominjamo njegovega življenja in navajamo bibliografijo njegovih del s področja zgodovine.
