Description
After a brief survey of sources and
literature and an outline of the historical development of insurance in
general and in Slovenia in particular, the author enters into a detailed
description of insurance covering workers and employees in pre-war
Yugoslavia. The author comes to the conclusion that at that time workers
and employees were covered by an insurance which was neither general
nor uniform.

- Po krajšem pregledu virov in literature ter po orisu zgodovinskega razvoja zavarovanja na sploh in pri Slovencih posebej je dal avtor podroben opis in organizacijo vseh oblik zavarovanja delavcev in nameščencev v obdobju stare Jugoslavije. Pri tem ugotovi, da zavarovanje delavcev in nameščencev v obravnavanem času ni bilo niti splošno niti enotno.
