Description
The changing of the state border between Yugoslavia and Italy after WW2 brought about certain obligations in regard to the return of archives, works of art and other items of cultural heritage. The issue was regulated by the peace treaty of 1947 between Yugoslavia and Italy and by the later to be adopted agreements that were based on this treaty. International negotiations that followed gave certain results yet some issues have remained unresolved up till the present day.

- S spremembo meje med Jugoslavijo in Italijo po drugi svetovni vojni so nastale tudi obveznosti prenosa arhivov, umetnin in druge kulturne dediščine. To vprašanje je urejala mirovna pogodba med Jugoslavijo in Italijo (1947) in na njej temelječi kasnejši sporazumi. Meddržavna pogajanja, ki so sledila, so dala določene rezultate, nekatera vprašanja pa so še danes popolnoma odprta.
