Description
State Attorney's Office is an important judicial state body in the Republic of Slovenia. Its primary task is to represent financial interests of the state before courts and other bodies. lts predecessors include the Public Attorney's Office in the second Yugoslavia and the State Attorney's Office in the first Yugoslavia, the latter being a successor of the pre-1918 Austrian Finanzprokuratur. Special emphasis needs to be placed on the issue of appraisal of documents created by this "guardian of social property" - State Attorney's Office.

      • Državno pravobranilstvo je pomemben državni organ v Republiki Sloveniji, ki ga uvrščamo med pravosodne organe. Njegova naloga je predvsem zastopanje premoženjskopravnih interesov države pred sodišči in drugimi organi. Njegov predhodnik je bil v drugi Jugoslaviji Javno pravobranilstvo in v prvi Jugoslaviji Državno pravobranilstvo, ki je nasledilo staroavstrijsko finančno prokuraturo. Še prav posebno pozornost bo potrebno nameniti ovrednotenju dokumentov "varuha družbene lastnine" - javnemu pravobranilstvu.
