Description
The district cort in Celje that was also a commericial court was founded in 1850 and covered Ih, judicial area of Celje
District Court. At first the therritory under its jurisdiction was vast but by the end of the 19th century, Maribor District
Court that was a commercial court as well was founded by eliminating major part of Celje judicial territory. Thus, Celje
District Court had been in charge of keeping old trades dictionaries for the entire territory of Styria till 1898, but after that it
covered only the new judicial area of Celje District Court.

- Okrožno sodišče kot trgovsko sodišče v Celju je bilo ustanovljeno po letu 1850. Pokrivalo je sodno območje Okrožnega sodišča v Celju. Sprva je bilo teritorialno zelo obsežno. Konec 19. slolelja je bilo z izločitvijo večjega dela celjskega sodnega teritorija ustanovljeno Okrožno sodišče v Mariboru, ki je delovalo tudi kot trgovsko sodišče. Tako so vodili do lela 1898 stare trgovske registre za skoraj celolen del Štajerske, po tem letu pa samo za novo sodno območje Okrožnega sodišča v Celju.
