Description
The authoress deals with the legislation being in force on the territory of Slovenia and referring to the commercial and trade law. She concentrates mainly on the so called Austrian General Commercial Code of 1862 and the so called Trade Rules of 1859. Some of their provisions, being of importance for an archivist, have been quoted.
