The author treats the volume classification modes and contents of the preserved records. He gives practical instructions to the record users of the following administrative organs:

  1. Section of the Department of Commerce and Industry in Ljubljana 1918-1925
  2. Departement for Trade, Commerce and Industry of the so called Great Mayor's Office of the Ljubljana—Authorities in Ljubljana 1925—1929
  3. Department for Commerce. Trade and Industry of the Royal Ban Administration Board of the so called „Dravska banovina" in Ljubljana 1929-1941.
