Description

The main purpose of the appraisal archive value of the documentary material in Soviet Union is to assure the optimal complètement of „the state archive group of SSSR". In his contribution the author describes the essential theoretical and practical experiences of the Soviet archivists concerning the criteria of the appraisal archive value of the material, selection and preparation of the lists defining the records to be taken over into the state archives, as well as the terms of storing of the documentary material.

      • Osnovni cilj valorizacije dokumentarnega gradiva v Sovjetski zvezi je zagotoviti optimalno kompletiranje „državnega arhivskega fonda ZSSR". Prispevek opisuje bistvene teoretične in praktične izkušnje sovjetskih arhivistov v zvezi s kriteriji valorizacije gradiva, selekcijo ustvarjalcev in pripravo tipskih seznamov, ki določajo arhivsko gradivo za prevzem v državne arhive in roke hrambe dokumentarnega gradiva.
