Description

The Natural and Cultural Inheritance Act as well as the Statute about the Weeding and Handing Over of the Archive Material to the Record Office oblige the social legal entities and associations to weed the documentary material on the basis of the written weeding instructions which every record office has to prepare. The contribution treats the problems in connection with preparation of weeding instructions in the Record Office of Ljubljana, with the emphasis on the criteria of the appraisal archive value of the documentary material.

      • Zakon o naravni in kulturni dediščini ter Pravilnik o odbiranju in izročanju arhivskega gradiva arhivu nalagata družbenim pravnim osebam in društvom odbiranje dokumentarnega gradiva na podlagi pismenih navodil za odbiranje, kijih je dolžan pripraviti vsak arhiv. Prispevek obravnava problematiko v zvezi s pripravo navodil za odbiranje v Zgodovinskem arhivu Ljubljana, s poudarkom na kriterijih valorizacije dokumentarnega gradiva.
