In his contribution the author deals with the mutual relation of records classification and list, records arrangement, demands from the creators concerning the records classification, the arrangement works, formation of the inside structure of the archive fond, documentation of the work on the archive group, signature of the archive units, elaboration of the records list, the list of documentary archives, the wording of the list leaflets in order to prepare the text for the catalogue, composition of the archive catalogue, list of the cards, plans and photographys, the contents summing up of the official and business books, as well as classification and elimination of the acts in the frame of the archive units.

      • Prispevek obravnava medsebojni odnos urejanja in popisovanja arhivskega gradiva, ureditve arhivskega gradiva, zahteve do ustvarjalcev glede urejenosti arhivskega gradiva, urejevalna dela, oblikovanje notranje strukture arhivskega fonda, signature arhivskih enot, izdelavo seznama arhivskega gradiva, dokumentacijo o delih na arhivskem fondu, popisovanje spisovnega arhivskega gradiva, redakcijo popisnih lističev zaradi priprave besedila za katalog, sestav arhivskega kataloga, popisovanje kart, načrtov in fotografij, zajemanje vsebine uradnih in poslovnih knjig ter urejanje in izločanje spisov v okviru arhivskih enot.
