From the expert point of view ireeproachable solving of the problems, for which objects, built after 1955, the record offices should keep a part of technical documentation because of its meaning for the science or culture, is possible only with enthusiastic cooperation of creators and users of the material of this kind. Also the material of administrative organs, especially, however, of the projectors and investors should be taken into account and selected much later than 15 years after its formation. The suggestion referring to the list cards lays stress especially on the meaning of the object location, which is determined above all by the cadastre commune and the parcel number.
