Description

The author deals with the problem of material valorisation of commune administration after 1962 when it was made easier due to unified classification of the acts following the contents classification. He describes efforts: from the selection lists in advance (in the seventies),type selection instruction (1984) to selection as a part (draft) of the Book of rules concerning the documentary material keeping of the administrative commune organs.

      • Prispevek se ukvarja z vprašanjem valorizacije gradiva občinske uprave po letu 1962, ko je ta olajšana zaradi enotnega odlaganja spisov po vsebinski klasifikaciji. Predstavlja prizadevanja od vnaprejšnjih izločitvenih seznamov (v 70 letih), tipskega navodila za odbiranje (1984) do navodila za odbiranje kot dela Pravilnika o varovanju dokumentarnega gradiva upravnih organov občin.
