Description
Archives of the law—courts are very extensive and rich. Due to their directness they are interesting for enlightment of different life fields. The appraisal demands good knowledge of the lawcourt activities on one side and knowledge of the possibilities of usage of these archives on the other. Law history is namely far from being the only user, on the contrary, it is one of the less important ones.

      • Arhivsko gradivo sodišč je zelo obsežno in bogato. Zaradi svoje neposrednosti je zanimivo za osvetlitev raznovrstnih življenjskih področij. Valorizacija zahteva dobro poznavanje dela sodišč na eni strani in poznavanje možnosti uporabe tega gradiva na drugi strani, pravna zgodovina namreč še zdaleč ni edina temveč je celo ena izmed manj pomembnih uporabnic.
