Description
The author describes the activities of the Central Commission for Study and Preservation of the Art and Historical Monuments in Carniola from 1873 on, after having included archives protection in its programme. Its activities were connected with foundation of the Regional Record Office (1887), otherwise it, however, furthered surveys and inventarisation of the archives, being performed by the conservators and correspondants of the Commission.

      • Avtor prikazuje delovanje Centralne komisije za proučevanje in ohranjanje umetnostnih in zgodovinskih spomenikov na Kranjskem od leta 1873 dalje, potem ko je vključila v svoj program tudi varstvo arhivskega gradiva. Njeno delovanje je bilo povezano z nastankom deželnega arhiva (1887), sicer pa je pospeševala preglede in inventariziranje arhivov, ki so ga opravljali konservatorji in korespondenti Komisije.
