Description
Competency and proceedings of the regular courts had been defined by the penal proceedings law. Our regular courts worked wery long- from 1874 until up to 1930 on the strengh of the Penal Law Order of May 23rd, 1873. Only our knowledge of the penal proceedings makes our understanding of the meaning of individual judicial documents and their integrity possible.

- Pristojnost in postopek rednih sodišč določa kazensko procesno pravo. Naša redna sodišča splošne pristojnosti so zelo dolgo dobo od 1874 pa vse do 1930 delovala po Kazenskopravdem redu iz 23.5.1873. Šele poznavanje kazenskega postopka nam omogoča razumeti pomen posameznih sodnih dokumentov in njihove celote.
