Description
The contribution deals with condition of the archives at
the end of the war, with damage appraisal, archives collecting
in the Federal Collection Center and in the Archives
of the Scientific Institute, as well as with foundation
of the Central State Archives. The acts referring to protection
of all cultural and natural inheritence don't give
basis enough for archives protection, therefor the federal
Decree on Temporär) Archives Protection was enacted
in 1948 and the Common Archives Act in 1950.

- Prispevek obravnava stanje arhivov ob koncu vojne, ocenitev škode, zbiranje arhivov v Federalnem centru in arhivu Znanstvenga inštituta ter ustanovitev Osrednjega državnega arhiva. Zakoni za varovanje vse kulturne in naravne dediščine ne dajo zadostne podlage za varovanje arhivov, zato je bila leta 1948 sprejeta zvezna Uredba o začasnem varovanju arhivov in 1950 Splošni zakon o arhivih.
