Description
In Germany not only the federation but also the provinces have
passed a series of archive acts and regulations in the last years.
The questions of archives usage were given the emphasis. As
those questions have become actual with us too, we present
them on the basis of newer German literature and discussion at
the 63rd German Archive Meeting in Berlin, in October 1992.

- V Nemčiji so tako pri Zvezi kot v deželah v zadnjih letih sprejeli vrsto arhivskih zakonov ter podzakonskih aktov. Pri tem pa so bila v ospredju prav vprašanja uporabe arhivskega gradiva. Ker so ta postala aktualna tudi pri nas, jih prikazujemo na osnovi novejše nemške literature ter obravnavi problematike na 63. nemškem arhivskem zborovanju v Berlinu, oktobra 1992.
