Description
The contribution deals with development of documents administration from 1955 until 1988 when the Document Creation Book of Rules was published. The authoress describes more in detail instructions for document creation regulation until publishment of the Document Creation Decree in 1957, Document Creation Temporary Instructions in 1966, when index card file was introduced, and Document Creation Book of Rules of 1938, still being valid.

      • Prispevek obravnava razvoj poslovanja s spisi od leta 1955 do objave Pravilnika o pisarniškem poslovanju z leta 1988. Podrobneje opisuje navodila za ureditev pisarniškega poslovanja do Uredbe o pisarniškem poslovanju z leta 1957, Začasna navodila za pisarniško poslovanje leta 1961, ko je bilo uvedeno kartotečno kazalo in Pravilnik o pisarniškem poslovanju z leta 1988, ki je še vedno v veljavi.
