Description
The contribution deals with the oldest systems of chronological documents series,
classification scheme introduction, Joseph's record creation reform, basic number
introduction into the register, introduction of a combined register (Kiclmansegg's
Reform), document creation in the time between the First and the Second World
War and in the time after the Second World War. It refers to the system
development in Austria and in Yugoslavia after 1918 - with special reference to the
administration of offices in the territory of Slovenia.

- Prispevek obravnava najstarejše sisteme kronoloških serij spisov, vpeljavo registratumih načrtov, jožefinsko reformo pisarniškega poslovanja, vpeljavo temeljne številke v opravilnem vpisniku, vpeljavo kombiniranega opravilnega vpisnika (Kiclmanseggova reforma), pisarniško poslovanje v času med prvo in drugo svetovno vojno ter v času po drugi svetovni vojni. Nanaša se na razvoj sistemov v Avstriji in po letu 1918 v Jugoslaviji s posebnim ozirom na poslovanje uradov na območju Slovenije.
