Description
The authoress gives some suggestions referring to the expert treatment of penal court records of the provincial court and district courts for the period 1898- 1929. Her conclusions are the result of her work on court archive groups lasting many years, especially on the archive group of the Provincial Court in Ljubljana. Due to the analogy, however, the latter can be used also with the expert work on penal records of other penal courts and also in other periods.

- V članku avtorica podaja nekaj predlogov za strokovno obdelavo kazenskih sodnih spisov deželnega in okrožnih sodišč za obdobje 1898 do 1929. Do takih zaključkov je prišla po dolgotrajnem delu na sodnih fondih, predvsem fondu Deželnega sodišča v Ljubljani, vendar so zaradi analogije le ti uporabni tudi za strokovno delo na kazenskih spisih drugih kazenskih sodisi in tudi izven tega obdobja.
