Description

The reconstruction of the binding presented the greatest difficulty in restoring the codex, first of all due to materials and the comparatively large format. It was necessary to establish the original binding, subsequent additions on NŠAL 17 and if the style of binding preserved in the second volume NŠAL 18 could be appropriate for the reconstruction of the discussed manuscript binding.

      • Največjo težavo pri restavriranju je predstavljala rekonstrukcija vezave. Ugotoviti smo morali, ali je ohranjena vezava na drugi knjigi - NŠALJ 18 - originalna, kaj je prvotno in kaj dodano pri delni prevezavi prvega dela - NŠALJ 17 - ter ali je način vezave, ohranjen na drugi knjigi, primeren za rekonstrukcijo vezave rokopisa na pergamentni osnovi.
