In their contribution, the authors give a short insight into the organization of regular law courts of common jurisdiction of the first and second instance, their foundation and abolishment, further they present legal standing orders, defining kinds of archives as well as the process of destroying respectively preservation of the law courts archives, of which there are not many kept by Slovene archives.

      • Avtorja v prispevku podajata kratek vpogled v organizacijo rednih sodišč splošne pristojnosti prve in druge stopnje, njihovo ustanavljanje in ukinjanje, nadalje predstavljata sodne poslovnike, ki določajo vrste gradiva ter potek uničevanja oziroma ohranjanja arhivskega gradiva sodišč, ki ga v slovenskih arhivih ni mnogo.
