Description
In the preface the treatise deals with the system of economy organization on the basis
of the new Slovene economy legislation, and in continuation with individual
questions, connected with the records and archives from the economic field. It's about
the interest of economic subjects referring to their own records and archives, as well as
about tasks, the archives get in this connection. Further on the author deals with public
interest referring to the records, arising from the activity of economic subjects. The
central emphasis, however, is given to the question of public interest referring to
economy archives protection, as well as to solutions, forseen by the draft of the
Archives and Record Offices Act in this connection.

- Prispevek v uvodu obravnava sistem organiziranosti gospodarstva na podlagi nove slovenske gospodarske zakonodaje, nato pa posamezna vprašanja, povezana z dokumentarnim in arhivskim gradivom s področja gospodarstva. Gre za interes gospodarskih subjektov glede lastnega dokumentarnega in arhivskega gradiva ter za naloge, ki se s tem v zvezi postavljajo arhivom. Nadalje govori o javnem interesu glede dokumentarnega gradiva, ki nastaja pri poslovanju gospodarskih subjektov. Osrednji poudarek v prispevku pa je na vprašanju javnega interesa glede varstva gospodarskega arhivskega gradiva ter na rešitvah, predvidenih v predlogu Zakona o arhivskem gradivu in arhivih s tem v zvezi.
