Description
The article deals with the status of courts and the implementation of judicial power on the part of Carinthia. which was under the jurisdiction of Yugoslavia during the period after the fall of Austro-Hungary up until the plebiscite. It is mainly based on the materials from the fond of the District court of Maribor, under whose jurisdiction the local courts of eastern Carinthia were, and on the collection "The Carinthian Plebiscite" from the Regional Archives of Maribor.

      • Prispevek obravnava položaj sodišč in izvajanje sodne oblasti na delu Koroške, ki je bil pod jugoslovansko upravo v obdobju po razpadu Avstro-Ogrske do plebiscita. Naslanja se predvsem na gradivo iz fonda Okrožnega sodišča v Mariboru, ki so mu bila podrejena okrajna sodišča vzhodne Koroške, in na gradivo zbirke Koroški plebiscit Pokrajinskega arhiva Maribor.
