Description
The adoption of the 1963 Constitution represented the synthesis of theoretical solutions and practical results achieved in the development of self-management system from 1950 onwards. The entire period is characterised by great instability in the jurisdictions of administrational agencies of the republics, although at the same time we can observe a much more stabile situation as in the first postwar period. At least in the first part of the period, the politics i.e. the Communist Party still exerted a profound influence on administration.

      • Sprejetje ustave leta 1963 je pomenilo sintezo teoretičnih rešitev in doseženih praktičnih rezultatov v razvoju samoupravljanja od leta 1950 dalje. Za omenjeno obdobje lahko trdimo, da je bilo v spremembah na področju pristojnosti republiških upravnih organov še precej nestabilno, vendar veliko bolj umirjeno kot prvo povojno obdobje. Politika oziroma partija imata vsaj v prvem delu obravnavanega obdobja še vedno odločilen vpliv.
