The period between 1945 and 1963 can be divided into two periods, the first from
1945 to 1953 is called the period of administrative socialism, and the second from
1953 to 1963 is called the period of socialist democracy.
The entire period is characterised by a great instability in the continuity of the development
of the republics' administrative agencies, although at the same time we can
observe a considerable political stability.
The period is characterised by numerous reorganisations of governments and executive
councils, changes in the jurisdictions of certain ministries and secretariats, the
abolishment of several government bodies and the establishment of new ones.
