With the publication of this memorial volume, we are rounding off the first interdisciplinary cooperation between archivists, legal experts and historians. We divided into three parts the carefully prepared contributions with which domestic and foreign authors honoured the memory of their collaborator, friend, colleague, authority and perhaps even exemplár.
