Prispevek obravnava povezanost rodbin Dietrich in Urbančič z gradom Strmol. Zlasti je izpostavljen čas konec 18. stoletja, ko se je Martin Urbančič poročil s Konstanco Dietrich, hčerko Franca Ksaverja Dietricha, takratnega lastnika gospostva Strmol, ter celotno 19. stoletje. V tem času je gospostvo prešlo v roke Alojza Urbančiča, nečaka Franca Ksaverja Dietricha, saj ga je leta 1843 kupil na dražbi. Hkrati potekajo spori med Urbančiči na Turnu in v Preddvoru, v katere je posredno vpleteno tudi gospostvo Strmol.

      • The contribution describes the connectedness of the families Dietrich and Urbančič family with the Strmol castle. The author focuses on the time at the turn of the 18th century when Martin Urbančič married Konstanca Dietrich, the daughter of Franc Ksaver Dietrich, the then owner of the Strmol seigniory, and on the entire 19th century. In that time the estate passed over into the hands of Alojz Urbančič, nephew of Franc Ksaver Dietrich; in 1843 he bought the estate at an auction. At the same time, disputes between the Urbančič family at Turn and in Preddvor were in course in which the Strmol seigniory was indirectly involved as well.
